Privacy Policy

What this policy covers

This policy explains what Major League Response, Inc. collects when you use this website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to inquiries that come through it. It does not cover information you give directly to a third party we refer you to, such as an independent testing firm or another trade working on your property.

Information you give us

When you call, text, email, or submit a form, we collect what you provide. That is typically your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and a description of the loss. On an insurance job we may also handle your carrier name and claim number. We ask for what a dispatcher needs to send help and price the work, and not more than that.

Information collected automatically

Our web host records standard server information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the page that referred you. We use analytics to understand which pages people find useful. We do not sell any of it, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles about you.

Calls, text messages, and consent

If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call you or send text messages about your inquiry and your job, including dispatch updates and scheduling. Message frequency varies with the job. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further messages, and HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not prevent us from calling you about an active job you have asked us to perform. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

Photographs and job documentation

Restoration work produces photographs and moisture documentation of your property. We keep those as the record of the job, to support an estimate, and to support an insurance scope where you have asked us to prepare one. We do not publish photographs of a customer property on this website or anywhere else without permission from the property owner.

Who we share information with

We share information with the people who need it to do the work. That can include your insurance carrier or adjuster when you have asked us to document or bill a claim, a specialist firm we coordinate for work outside our scope, and the service providers who run our phone, messaging, and scheduling systems on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep job records, including photographs and moisture logs, for as long as we may need them for the job, for a claim, for accounting, or to meet a legal obligation. Inquiry records that never became a job are kept for a shorter period.

Your California privacy rights

California residents have the right to know what personal information a business has collected about them, to request deletion of it, and to not be treated differently for exercising those rights. To make a request, call or email us using the details on our contact page. We will verify who you are before acting on a request, because the information concerns your property.

Children

This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will post the updated version on this page. This is a working version pending review by counsel before launch, and it will carry an effective date once that review is complete.
