What this site is
This site describes services offered by Major League Response, Inc., a restoration and mitigation company based in Sylmar, California. Content here is general information about how the work gets done. It is not an offer, a quote, or a promise of a specific result on your property.
Scope of services
Our services are limited to emergency response, water extraction, structural drying, moisture documentation, cleaning, mold remediation, deodorization, and contents services. The scope limits and disclosures published in the footer of every page of this site are part of these terms and should be read together with them.

Nothing on this site is legal advice, insurance advice, or medical advice. Insurance
Coverage and payment decisions on any claim belong to your insurance carrier and depend on your policy and the facts of your loss. Nothing on this site is a representation that a claim will be paid, that a particular scope will be approved, or that any amount will be recovered.

Arrival windows are given based on crew location, current call volume, and traffic at the time you call. They are goals rather than commitments, and nothing on this site is a promise that a crew will arrive within any specific period.

Do not use this site to transmit unlawful content, to interfere with its operation, or to collect information about other users. We may suspend access for any of those.
