Restoration and Mitigation Services
Emergency response, drying, cleaning, and documentation for water, fire, smoke, mold, and sewage losses across the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles.
What we do
- Water Damage RestorationA pipe let go overnight and the floor is already soft. Call, and a crew rolls from our Sylmar base, extraction starts on that first visit, and you have moisture readings in writing before we leave.
- Emergency Water ExtractionWater is standing in the house right now. Call and a crew rolls with extraction units, and the goal is to have the free water off your floor before the drying equipment even comes off the truck.
- Structural DryingThe carpet feels dry and the wall behind it is still holding water. Drying is finished when the meter says so, and we hand you the readings that prove it.
- Mold RemediationSomebody quoted you a number before they looked behind the wall. We inspect first, show you the moisture readings, and write the scope from what is actually there.
- Fire and Smoke Damage CleanupThe fire is out and the first wipe is the one that costs money. Soot smears into finishes permanently, so we document, test the surface, then clean in the right order.
- Wildfire Smoke, Ash and Soot CleanupThe house survived and the inside did not. Wildfire ash carries whatever the fire burned, so it gets tested before it gets disturbed and cleaned under filtration rather than wiped.
- Sewage CleanupA line backed up into the house and the priority is not the smell. Category 3 water is a health hazard, so we contain it, extract it, and disinfect what stays.
- Odor RemovalEverything looks finished and the room still smells. Odor is residue that is still in the building, so we find the source and take it out before anything gets treated.
- Contents Pack-Out and Pack-BackThe room has to be cleared before it can be cleaned, and what is in it is yours. Everything gets inventoried and photographed before a single box gets taped.
