Water came off the hillside into my house. Where do I start?
Start with extraction and drying, because that clock is running, and treat the drainage separately. Grading, area drains, and waterproofing are what stop it happening again, and that is a different trade from mitigation. Getting those two confused is how people pay twice and fix neither.
