A loss in a ground floor tenant space becomes a loss in the units above it, or the reverse, and the drying plan has to account for a business that needs to open in the morning. There is a musty smell but I cannot find any water. What now?

A smell with no visible water is the classic 1950s Sherman Oaks call, and it usually means a slow leak under a slab or standing water in a crawl space. Neither shows itself in a room.
